I called 2 local camera install places in the twin cities initially and they both lead me to a call centers somewhere overseas in Asia I think and I couldn't understand literally anything both the women were saying. I hung up, proceeded to call Twincitiessecuritycameras and finally! The owner was professional and educated me on what I actually needed for my unique scenario. I gave them a shot and he sent the bid over the same day and we got the ball rolling. The owner and his helper were out at my property a little over a week later and the install was professional, speedy and smooth. The picture quality was crystal clear and the phone app is super easy to use. Highly recommend these guys they are not only fair, efficient and knowledgeable but they genuinely cared about my needs. Hard to find that now days! Owners full of energy and enthusiastic and definitely knows his stuff. Good guy. Just had my building upgraded with the new 4K camera system from Twin Cities Security Cameras in Fridley. All I can say is Wow! the old system was just that old, unclear and hard to work. This new 4K system is unbelievable clear with everything right there. I don"t need to walk around all the time to keep a eye on what going on, who is working and (who is not) with what needs to be done.
